You probably accepted the first reasonable quote. Here's what that costs.
Across 1,000+ factory relationships, the pattern repeats: operators who never benchmarked are paying 15% to 32% over market. Slide to your annual materials spend and look at the number.
60 MINUTES · $100 REFUNDED ON YOUR FIRST DEPOSIT
If I give factories away free, why pay anything?
Because the contact is the easy part. Here's the work that actually scales a brand, and where I sit on each side of the line.
What I share on social

4 QUESTIONS · HONEST ROUTING, BOTH DIRECTIONS
Whether your product exists or has to be built from scratch.
We run the entire import as one managed program built around what you're actually trying to build. Three ways in, one accountable partner from spec to landed inventory.
Off-The-Shelf & White-Label
Ready to rebrand and ship
For products that already exist and need white-labeling, rebranding, or light modification. We take the product you've found, or find the right one for you, and run sourcing, QC, freight, and import as one managed program.
Custom Projects
One fully-loaded quote
For custom-developed or custom-engineered products, which is where most of our work lives. Priced after a discovery meeting and delivered as a single fully-loaded quote. One unit price, every cost between the factory and your door accounted for.
Additional Services
Scoped per project
Prototyping, design, and engineering are handled as separate engagements, only when a project actually requires them, with scope agreed in writing first.
OR BOOK THE CALL DIRECT
Everything that happens between your spec and your shelf.
Finding a factory is the easy part. The work that protects your margin, your IP, your launch timeline, and your shipments happens across six phases, and my team owns all of it.
Strategy & Sourcing
We map the right country, region, and supplier category, then qualify factories from 1,000+ vetted partners. Cost benchmarking and supply chain mapping before your product touches a factory floor.
Development & Sampling
Sample procurement until fit and finish match your standard, golden sample lock, and tooling and mold oversight. Sampling sits inside your deposit.
Contracts & IP
Manufacturer agreements, NDAs and NNN, IP protection structuring, non-circumvention coverage, and payment terms structured around production milestones.
Production & QC
Production monitoring, inline inspection, and pre-shipment inspection against your golden sample, with our team on the ground in Qingdao, Shenzhen, and other hubs.
Logistics & Import
Freight coordination, customs and clearance, HTS classification, tariff strategy, and importer-of-record support so your goods land cleanly.
Optimization & Resilience
Plus-one supplier development, price renegotiation on every reorder, continuous cost engineering, and market intelligence before it hits your dock.
The choice isn't where to source. It's who runs the import.
Most importers operate one of three ways. We built this to be the third.
Direct Sourcing
A factory contact. From there, sampling, QC, contracts, freight, and customs are entirely on you.
Every hour you spend running the import is an hour off your business. Mistakes get expensive fast.
You see only what the factory tells you, with no independent eyes on quality or cost.
You hire an inspection firm separately, manage the protocol, and decide what to do when a report comes back bad.
Your responsibility. Classification mistakes, missed mitigation, and policy changes hit your P&L directly.
Every new product, run, and renegotiation starts from scratch.
Project-Based Agencies
A supplier introduction, plus maybe a few rounds of help. Then the relationship is yours to manage alone.
A flat fee to find a supplier, then you pay again for every new project, with little accountability after.
Involvement usually ends once the introduction is made.
Often added on as a separate service, separately invoiced. Inline inspection is rare.
Typically out of scope. You hire a customs broker separately and hope they got the classification right.
After the fee is collected, your outcome is largely on you.
With Jordan & Importivity
A managed import program. One partner from spec through landed product, then continuing across every PO that follows.
One accountable partner instead of a stack of vendors, with prototyping, design, and engineering scoped separately only when needed.
Our team is in Asia and on factory floors, watching your production in person.
Inline, pre-shipment, and on-the-ground inspection included in your program.
Classification, country-of-origin engineering, free-trade-zone evaluation, and First Sale structuring as part of your program.
Continuous. Renegotiations, plus-one development, quarterly reviews, and market intelligence built in.
Built around your product, not a price sheet.
Every program is scoped to what you're building. To take on a new program we look for a $50,000 initial order and $150,000 in annual volume. Below that, I'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, or whether you'd be better off running the first order direct and coming back once volume justifies the model.
Everything set in writing before you commit
Your program, your quote, your deposit, and any expected additional services are documented before any work begins. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Deposits applied, not consumed
Sample deposits cover real costs through sample delivery. Any unused balance applies to the final payment of your first PO.
A partnership that compounds
The longer we ship together, the more we save you through sharper negotiation, smarter freight, and proactive tariff strategy.
31% average landed-cost savings
The average Importivity client saves 31% on landed cost. We'll show you the comparison against your current supplier or competing quotes before you commit.
60 minutes. Six deliverables. One clear next step.
This isn't a sales pitch with a calendar link at the end. It's a working session. Bring a product, a target landed cost, and any quote on the table. We diagnose where the money is leaking and map the path forward.
A factory category map
Which country, region, and factory type fits your product. Which “factories” are dressed-up trading companies adding 12 points of margin for forwarding your emails.
A pricing benchmark at your volume
What good actually looks like, so you stop signing quotes blind. One client learned his supplier was 32% over market. It took 4 minutes.
The tariff angle most operators miss
HTS reclassification, country-of-origin restructure, First Sale rule. We've recovered six figures in duties on a single call.
A line-by-line critique of your current setup
Bring your spec pack, BOM, or current quote. I'll show you exactly where it's leaking margin and what to fix first.
A next step in writing
With me or without me. You leave with a written action plan, not a vague “let's circle back next week.”
An honest fit assessment
If we're wrong for your project, I'll say so on the call and usually route you to someone better in my network. Either way, you win.
The $100 is refunded on your first project deposit.
NET COST $0 IF WE MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER
4 questions. Then I'll tell you exactly what to do next.
If you're ready to scale, you'll land on my calendar. If you're still early, I'll point you at free resources so you don't burn budget you don't have. Honest routing, both directions.
Where are you in your sourcing journey?
No wrong answers. This just tells me which version of help fits.

Rough is fine. I just need the shape of it.
OR SKIP THE QUIZ AND BOOK THE CALL DIRECT →What's your expected investment in year one?
The number that decides whether a paid engagement even makes sense.
OR SKIP THE QUIZ AND BOOK THE CALL DIRECT →How soon do you need to start?
Timeline tells me how fast we'd need to move.

I'd rather be honest now than waste your hour. This is the filter I run before I take a call.

Not just me. A 20-person team across 7 countries.

“Jordan is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to product sourcing. We developed 36 variations of an LED grow light and ended up with patent-pending technology.”
“Jordan's my go-to for commercial construction BOMs. Saved us $40K on screen doors while delivering quality better than anything I've seen in the States.”
“Great resource for our sourcing needs in Vietnam. Reliable guidance and strong results throughout the entire process.”
“Hired Jordan to source products, ended up getting our packaging design too. What would have cost thousands landed in my inbox the same day.”

Things people ask before booking.
If you're on the fence, one of these is probably the reason. Here's the answer I'd give you on a call.
It's a filter, not revenue. The $100 removes the people who aren't serious. Operators ready to invest don't blink at $100, and the fee guarantees we both bring real work to the call. If we move forward together, your deposit is applied directly to your first project. If we don't, you got 60 minutes of real strategy for less than dinner.
I'll tell you on the call. If we're wrong for your project, I'll often send you to someone better in my network. You still get the 60 minutes of strategy and a written next step. The fee was the filter to get serious operators in the room, not a guarantee I'd take the work.
A sales call ends with “let's get on a follow-up.” A strategy call ends with a written plan you can execute, with or without me. We open your spec, your BOM, your current quote, and go through it line by line. By minute 30 you'll have benchmarks. By minute 60 you'll have a path forward.
Most operators are quietly leaving 15% to 32% on the table because they accepted the first competent quote and never benchmarked. We can spot it in 4 minutes by comparing your unit cost against what we're seeing across 1,000+ factory relationships. If you're already competitive, I'll tell you and we'll spend the time on tariff strategy or QC instead.
Production runs typically start within 60 to 90 days of the call. Sample procurement is usually 2 to 4 weeks. If you have urgency (a tariff change, a launch date, a PO falling through), say so on the call. We've built supply chains under 30-day pressure before.
Probably. Our team has shipped consumer products, building materials, electronics, soft goods, food packaging, custom OEM goods, and industrial equipment across 7 countries. If your product is unusual, take the 60-second fit check. We'll know in a minute.
Yes. We run NDAs and NNN agreements (the version that's enforceable in Chinese courts) with every factory on the shortlist before any drawings are shared. For higher-risk designs we also compartmentalize: no single factory sees the full product.
Every project starts with a discovery meeting where we walk through the product in detail. From there we deliver a single fully-loaded quote covering unit price, QC, shipping, duties, and every other cost of getting the product to your door. You see the number before any work starts. Prototyping, design, and engineering are the only things billed separately, at published rates (prototyping from $5,000, design $80/hour, engineering $100 to $120/hour).
Yes. To take on a new program we look for a $50,000 initial order and at least $150,000 in annual volume. Below those numbers the model doesn't produce real savings net of our involvement. We'll tell you on the call if your project is below the floor and recommend what to do instead, often run the first order direct and come back once volume justifies the model.
The deposit covers the work required to get you to a production-ready sample: factory shortlisting, supplier vetting, negotiations, contracts, raw material acquisition, sample costs, oversight of sample iterations, and final sample delivery. Deposits are applied, not consumed, so any unused balance goes toward the final payment of your first PO.
60 minutes. Real strategy. $100, refunded when we start.
Bring a product, a target landed cost, and any quote you have on the table. We'll find the savings, the right supplier, and the real opportunity. With me or without me, you leave with a written plan.
