Quality isn't a checkbox, it's the backbone of trust in global trade. You'll coordinate factory inspections, enforce compliance standards, and act as our eyes and ears on the ground to prevent costly mistakes before they leave the port.

Learn More About What You will be responsible for

Oversee product quality across production lines in Vietnam, China, and Mexico
Schedule and manage third-party inspections or conduct direct audits
Develop and implement QC protocols, testing procedures, and defect standards
Catch potential quality issues early with sourcing and logistics teams
Review production samples and provide detailed reports with photos and tolerances
Maintain QA records, issue corrective actions, and track resolutions

Learn About What We're Looking For

Proven QA Experience

3+ years in quality control or assurance, ideally in manufacturing or sourcing

Eye for Detail

Strong eye for product inconsistencies, tolerances, and build quality

Global Manufacturing Know-How

Familiar with factory conditions and QA practices in Asia and/or Latin America

Strong Communicator

Capable of writing clear inspection reports

Process-Oriented Mindset

Experience developing SOPs, checklists, and tracking quality KPIs

Mobile & Responsive

Willing to travel internationally; valid passport required
