Importivity connects brands with world-class factories, and you're the linchpin. You'll identify, vet, and manage manufacturers across Asia, Mexico, and the U.S., working directly with clients to source the right partners and negotiate terms that balance quality, cost, and lead time.
Learn More About What You will be responsible for
- Identify and build relationships with qualified manufacturers across regions and product categories
- Match client requests with suitable factories based on capability, MOQ, pricing, and certifications
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, production timelines, and sample lead times
- Coordinate the sampling process and monitor factory communication through production
- Track supplier performance and maintain our vetted factory database
- Collaborate with QA and logistics teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Learn About What We're Looking For
Sourcing Experience
3+ years in global sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain roles
Strong Factory Network
Strong factory network across China, Vietnam, Mexico, or India
Negotiation Skills
Confident negotiation on pricing, terms, and contract details
Client-Facing Communication
Clear, professional English communication with U.S.-based clients
Analytical & Detail-Oriented
Analytical and detail-oriented with factory quotes, specs, and lead times
Flexible & Globally Aware
Flexible and globally aware across time zones and cultures
