- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Own onboarding and project kickoff, setting clear expectations and timelines
- Monitor project progress, flag issues, and proactively offer solutions
- Maintain clear communication through email, Slack, Zoom, and the client portal
- Deliver updates, reports, and insights clearly and professionally
- Track client satisfaction and drive ongoing improvements

3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
