  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Own onboarding and project kickoff, setting clear expectations and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, flag issues, and proactively offer solutions
  • Maintain clear communication through email, Slack, Zoom, and the client portal
  • Deliver updates, reports, and insights clearly and professionally
  • Track client satisfaction and drive ongoing improvements

Client Relationship Pro

3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services

Clear & Confident Communicator

Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client calls

Project Management Skills

Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to juggle multiple accounts

Understands product margins, lead times, and sourcing economics

Problem Solver

Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
