Samples are $5 for the whole order, whichever ones you want. When you are ready, pick your SKUs and pallet counts and check out on the site. The volume discount applies itself.

We pool it into a production run

Your order joins a live run at the partner factory. That pooling is what holds a pallet order at container-tier pricing.

Inspected, then delivered DDP

Our roofing desk checks against spec on the factory floor. It arrives landed and duty paid at your yard.

Not $5 each and not $5 per three. One flat $5 covers every sample on the order. Gauge, coating, collation, sheet weight: all the things you cannot judge from a photo, for the price of a coffee. Check the goods first, then take the savings on a pallet order.

Price commitment

The price on the page is good for as long as it is on the page. We revise the line card roughly once a month. The one variable is your delivery address: DDP to any of the top 200 US cities is the price shown, and genuinely remote destinations cost more. The desk tells you before the order runs, not after.

14 days

Damage and defects

From the day it lands you have 14 days to inspect the pallets and tell us if anything arrived damaged or wrong. We replace it or refund you, your call, and we arrange the collection. You are not left organising return freight on material you did not order.

Mill certificates

We are collecting the certificate packets for every line from the mill now. Until they are on file we do not print ASTM designations against these products, because naming a standard we cannot hand you the certificate for is worth less than nothing. When the packets land, the designation goes on each SKU beside its certificate, which is where it belongs. Ask the roofing desk on (888) 509-9095 for the current position on any line.

How much do I actually save against my distributor?
Between 20 and 68 percent per unit, depending on the line, before the volume discount. Every product page shows the gap against a distributor's delivered price for the same pack quantity, what it comes to across your own order size, and a calculator that turns your annual roof count into a yearly figure.
How does the volume discount work?
It comes off automatically at checkout, on top of the DDP price already shown. 4 pallets or more takes 3 percent off, 8 pallets or more takes 5 percent off, 12 pallets or more takes 8 percent off. Tiers apply per line, so it is your pallet count on a single SKU that sets the rate. Some lines open above the first rung: cap nails have a six pallet minimum, so the smallest order you can place already earns three percent.
Can I get a spec sheet before I order?
Yes. Call the roofing desk on (888) 509-9095 and we will send the full spec sheet for any line, with the dimensions, materials and finish the goods are produced to. Where the mill issues a certificate of conformance for your production run, it travels with the shipping paperwork. We are collecting the mill certificate packets for every line now. Until they are on file we do not publish ASTM designations against these lines: naming a standard we cannot hand you the certificate for is worth less than nothing, so the numbers go on the product pages beside the certificate and not before.
What does DDP actually include?
Delivered Duty Paid. The number on the page already contains the product, ocean and inland freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties and tariffs, and delivery to your destination. No separate freight, brokerage or tariff bill arrives afterwards. That matters for the comparison: distributor prices on this site are delivered prices too.
Why is there a pallet minimum?
Because the pricing comes from the factory, not a branch shelf. Minimums are stated per line in pallets, and they are the lowest quantity that still holds container-tier pricing. Every product page shows its own minimum, what that costs, and what you save at that size. That pallet count is the only minimum here: no annual commitment, no account to open, and none of the $50,000 initial order floor that applies to our custom sourcing programs. Different business, different economics.
How does the sample program work?
Add a sample from any product you like. The whole set costs $5, whether that is one sample or all twelve. You are paying for a look at the real goods before you commit to a pallet, not for the material.
Is the price on the page the price I pay?
It is the price you are charged at checkout, volume discount included, and it holds for as long as it is listed on the page. We revise the line card roughly once a month. Because DDP is quoted to a specific destination, the roofing desk confirms the landed number against your delivery address before your pallets are released to production, and contacts you within one business day. Any of the top 200 US cities gets the price shown; genuinely remote destinations cost more, and we tell you before the order runs rather than after.
How long does an order take?
Port to door typically runs 4 to 6 weeks, depending on where you are in the country and how congested the port of entry is. This is factory-direct freight rather than a branch pickup, which is exactly why the unit price looks the way it does. If you need material this week, buy it locally and put your standing volume through us.
What if a pallet arrives damaged, or it is the wrong material?
You have 14 days from the day it lands to inspect the goods and tell us. We replace the material or refund you, whichever you prefer, and we arrange the collection ourselves. You are not paying return freight on something that arrived damaged or that we got wrong.
Can I mix SKUs on a pallet, or order outside the line card?
Usually yes. Mixed-SKU pallet building, custom gauges and finishes, and volume beyond what is listed here are all possible. Use the "Need a different spec?" card at the end of any category row: it asks the questions that line needs, and the desk comes back with a delivered price against your spec.
How do I know the quality is there?
We only list products that clear our spec and inspection bar, from factories that already produce for the top brands. Every order is inspected against agreed spec before it ships. And at $5 for as many samples as you want, you do not have to take our word for it.
