As our Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the products we source meet or exceed client expectations. You’ll coordinate factory inspections, enforce compliance standards, and act as our eyes and ears on the ground to prevent costly mistakes before they leave the port.
Learn More About What You will be responsible for
- Oversee product quality across multiple production lines in Vietnam, China, and Mexico
- Schedule and manage third-party inspections or conduct direct audits as needed
- Develop and implement QC protocols, testing procedures, and defect standards by product category
- Work with sourcing and logistics teams to catch potential quality issues early in production
- Review production samples and provide detailed reports with photos, tolerances, and recommendations
- Collaborate with clients on specific quality requirements or custom inspection criteria
- Maintain QA records, issue corrective action reports, and track resolutions

Proper classification of goods is critical for smooth international trade.
Proven QA Experience
3+ years in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or product sourcing.

Eye for Detail
Strong ability to spot product inconsistencies, measure tolerances, and assess material and build quality.

Global Manufacturing Know-How
Familiar with factory conditions, production workflows, and QA practices in Asia and/or Latin America.

Strong Communicator
Capable of writing clear inspection reports, coordinating with suppliers, and aligning with client expectations.

Process-Oriented Mindset
Experience developing SOPs, inspection checklists, and tracking quality KPIs.

Mobile & Responsive
Willing to travel locally and internationally; must hold a valid passport and respond quickly to inspection requests.
