As a Client Success Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll bridge the gap between clients and our global operations team, helping turn complex supply chains into simple, stress-free solutions.

Learn More About What You will be responsible for

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (sourcing, QA, logistics, admin)

  • Own onboarding and project kickoff for new clients, setting clear expectations and timelines

  • Monitor project progress, flag potential issues, and proactively offer solutions

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication through email, Slack, Zoom, and our client portal

  • Deliver updates, reports, and insights to clients in a clear and professional manner

  • Help identify opportunities for clients to save money, improve timelines, or expand their product offerings

  • Track client satisfaction, gather feedback, and drive ongoing improvements in service delivery
