We pair parts to shops that already run your spec.
Real QA, real deadlines.
First articles approved, pre-ship inspections included.
Transparent landed costs.
Side-by-side CN vs VN vs MX in 48 hours.
One accountable team.
U.S. leads + on-site QC—no hand-offs, no mystery.
What to send with your RFQ
To get you an accurate, apples-to-apples quote fast, include your drawings (PDF + STEP/IGES) with tolerances and finish notes, plus any critical features (gauge, alloy, hardness, weld specs). If you have them, share a target price and demand forecast (MOQ/EAU) so we can pair you with the right-capability plant. Note any packaging/labeling requirements, as well as the QA documents you need (FAI/PPAP/CMM). Finally, add your ship-to ZIP, and we’ll return a 48-hour landed-cost model and a vetted factory shortlist.
- Drawings (PDF + STEP/IGES), tolerances & finish notes
- Target price (if you have one), demand forecast (MOQ/EAU)
- Critical features, gauge & alloy, hardness, weld specs
- Packaging/labeling, QA docs needed (FAI/PPAP/CMM), ship-to ZIP
Our Sourcing Process
Fast, transparent, and tariff-aware; we align on specs, surface the right factories, and move you from DFM to production without surprises.
Part & Intent Review (Day 0–1)
We digest your prints, target price, demand, and risks.
1
Factory Shortlist (By 48h+)
2–3 shops that already run similar parts.
2
DFM & Quote Pack (Day 2–5)
Feedback, risks, firm lead times, landed cost by lane.
3
First Articles (Weeks 2–4)
Tooling/fixtures, sample run, FAIR/CMM as needed.
4
Production (Ongoing)
n-process QA, pre-ship inspections, photo/video proof.
5
Scale & Dual-Source
Lock in capacity; add a backup plant if needed.
6
Region by Results, Not Hype
Transparent cost, duty, lead time, and risk across CN/VN/MX/US—so your first articles pass and production holds spec.
China
- Deepest bench for complex CNC + finishes (anodize, e-coat, zinc, passivation)
- Scale pricing for multi-op parts and assemblies
- Mature supply chains & tooling; fast fixture iteration
Vietnam
- Excellent sheet metal & assembly value; CNC capability improving quickly
- Tariff relief vs. China with competitive labor and solid QA culture
- Great for enclosures, brackets, light fab with paint/powder
Mexico
- Nearshore speed and easier on-site visits (same/similar time zones)
- Strong for heavier-gauge fab, frames, weldments and final assembly
- Truck lanes cut transit time; lower inventory risk vs. ocean
United States
- Best for urgent prototypes, regulated parts, and IP-sensitive builds
- Shortest lead times and easiest change control with local teams
- Ideal for low-volume/high-mix or tight DFM collaboration
Frequently Asked Questions
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our team!
Do you guarantee tolerances?
We only quote plants that already run your tolerance band. First articles include FAIR/CMM on criticals when required. If a shop can’t hold spec during FA, we don’t award production… full stop.
What QA documents can you provide?
PPAP (up to Level 3), FAIR/ISIR, CMM reports, certs of conformance, material and finish certs, control plans, and inspection photos/videos. We align docs to your PO before kickoff.
How do you verify capability before the PO?
We do capability checks (machine list, gauge R&R, sample precedent), DFM review, and, if needed, trial cuts or a pilot panel. No greenlight without a credible path to spec.
What happens if a dimension is out of spec?
We raise an NCR, perform root cause + corrective action, and rework or remake at supplier cost. You get the NCR log, photos, and re-inspection data before release.
Can you run PPAP/FAI on first articles?
Yes. We define FAI scope up front (forms, sampling plan, ballooned prints) and deliver FAI/PPAP with the first-article lot.
Do you use SPC during production?
For criticals, yes. We set in-process sampling, collect SPC data (Cp/Cpk goals, typically ≥1.33 on CTQs), and include the charts in the lot packet.
