As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator at Importivity, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, factories, and freight partners across Asia, Mexico, and the U.S. You’ll manage the flow of goods from production to delivery, ensuring timelines are met, documents are accurate, and every shipment arrives without surprises. This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making complex processes run smoothly.

Learn More About What You will be responsible for

  • Check Coordinate international and domestic shipments from factory to final destination
  • Check Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousing partners
  • Check Ensure all required documentation ( commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.) is accurate and submitted on time
  • Check Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or exceptions
  • Check Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, updates, and logistics solutions
  • Check Analyze landed costs, shipping quotes, and optimize for time and cost efficiency
  • Check Work closely with sourcing, QA, and sales teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
