As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator at Importivity, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, factories, and freight partners across Asia, Mexico, and the U.S. You’ll manage the flow of goods from production to delivery, ensuring timelines are met, documents are accurate, and every shipment arrives without surprises. This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making complex processes run smoothly.

Learn More About What You will be responsible for

  • Coordinate international and domestic shipments from factory to final destination

  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousing partners

  • Ensure all required documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.) is accurate and submitted on time

  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or exceptions

  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, updates, and logistics solutions

  • Analyze landed costs, shipping quotes, and optimize for time and cost efficiency

  • Work closely with sourcing, QA, and sales teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
