As a Product Development Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients and manufacturers to bring new product concepts to life from sketches and CADs to samples and full-scale production. You’ll guide the entire development cycle, ensuring products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with market goals.
Learn More About What You will be responsible for
- Collaborate with clients to understand product concepts, specs, materials, and use cases
- Translate client vision into factory-ready briefs, tech packs, and visual references
- Source and evaluate manufacturers based on capability, tooling needs, and product complexity
- Oversee sampling timelines, quality feedback loops, and cost refinement processes
- Coordinate with sourcing, QA, and logistics teams to prepare products for full-scale production
- Track changes, feedback, and revisions through each stage of product development
- Provide clients with clear updates, visuals, and recommendations throughout the process

Product Lifecycle Experience
3+ years working in product development, industrial design, or manufacturing ideally across multiple product categories.

Detail-Oriented & Visual Thinker
Able to read CAD files, sketches, and packaging mockups and communicate ideas clearly to both factories and clients.

Strong Communication Skills
Comfortable being client-facing; able to gather feedback and relay production constraints or creative solutions professionally.

Hands-On With Prototyping
Experience working with samples, revisions, and production runs with a strong eye for function, finish, and feasibility.

Multidisciplinary Coordination
Collaborates well with sourcing, QA, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Resourceful & Timeline-Driven
Thinks creatively under pressure, works well with global suppliers, and keeps projects moving forward on time.
